Who we are
This website, thekancollective.com, is run by KAN Consulting Solutions, which publishes books under the name The KAN Collective. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact page. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our books and prices
We describe each book and show its cover as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in Indian rupees for delivery in India and in US dollars for delivery outside India, and include delivery. Many titles are printed in limited editions; a title can sell out, and coming-soon titles cannot be ordered until they are released.
Placing an order
When you check out you give us your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and pay through Razorpay. Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed; we then email you a confirmation and an invoice. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a title has sold out, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Cancelling an order, and refunds or replacements for damaged, wrong or lost books, are covered by our cancellations and refunds policy.

How we use your details is explained in our privacy notice.
Copyright
The books, covers, text and images on this website belong to KAN Consulting Solutions or their authors. You may not copy or republish them without written permission, beyond what the law allows.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
