Shipping and delivery
Delivery is free
Every order ships free, in India and worldwide. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for delivery. Orders delivering in India are charged in rupees; orders delivering outside India are charged in US dollars.
When your order ships
We pack and post each order ourselves. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment. When your order ships we email you the courier and the tracking number.
How long delivery takes
- Within India: usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Outside India: usually 7 to 21 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside India, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, are not included in our price, and are payable by the recipient.
Your address
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If you notice a mistake, write to [email protected] with your order number before the order ships and we will correct it.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the times above, or arrives damaged, write to us with your order number. What happens next is set out in our cancellations and refunds policy.
